Recently in the kitchen we have ::

successfully made yogurt! Though I need to work with the consistency a little more, our boys were excited at more coconut milk yogurt available for snacking.

celebrated the country of Mexico with a grand taco bar :: though we decided that these odd-shaped shells were just that…odd, and not really enjoyable.  Hmm…

made and gave a thumbs up to Brazilian Coconut Shrimp (recipe from Extending the Table cookbook) as we headed to South America in our studies!  Delicious…

we’ve continue to make and eat in record time these bread machine buttery rolls!

and we seem to always make a mess.  Some of us more than others.
