You had asked me about GSE (Grapefruit Seed Extract). I use it for many things. GSE is a natural antibiotic, anti-fungal and sanitizer.
One thing to remember when using it is that each drop is very potent!
We buy Nutribiotic brand. I use it for a mouth rinse, about 5 drops in about 3/4 cup water.
Any skin abrasions, cuts, fresh or infected, out comes the GSE, diluted ‘always’ in water of course.
I sanitize our water bottles with it, hot, soapy water with a bunch of GSE and I let them sit that way for 10 minutes, then wash them out.
I sanitize the kitchen counters sometimes with GSE.
At the very first sign of anyone here getting sick, we immediately begin taking GSE internally. For adult size bodies, the maximum is 15 drops diluted in water or juice (grape juice is a good choice) 3 times daily. We continue taking it until we begin to feel better.
Regardless of the use for GSE, you must always stir it, as it sinks to the bottom of the glass right away.
I’ve used it in ears for ear infections. In sinuses for sinus infections (adults ONLY).
We love the stuff, and have been using it for 6 years now. I can’t count how many times it has been the very most effective thing. It is not expensive either. 🙂

We buy ours at Super Supplements or Fred Meyer in the organic section. Where ever you purchase it, they usually have little flyer’s that explain all the uses and dosages. I had my little card laminated and keep in in the cupboard along side of our bottle of GSE.
